Fooganics — Cancellation Policy

At Fooganics, we work hard to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our cancellation guidelines to understand when and how an order can be cancelled.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been packed or dispatched.

After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may still request a return after receiving the parcel (see our Returns & Refund Policy).


2. How to Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Full Name

  • Contact Number

The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance your order can be stopped before dispatch.


3. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders already shipped or out for delivery

  • Orders placed during special deals, promotions, or sales

  • Customized or make-to-order items (if applicable)


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved and payment has already been made:

  • A full refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days

  • Refunds will be sent through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on how you paid
