1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Perishable or opened food products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards.

3. Return Approval Process

  • After reviewing your request, our team will confirm whether your return is eligible.

  • Once approved, we will share the return address and step-by-step instructions to send the item back.


4. Sending the Product Back

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where:

    • The product arrived damaged,

    • The item was defective, or

    • You received the wrong product.

  • Please use a trusted courier service and share the tracking ID with our support team for timely processing.


5. Refund Procedure

Once the returned product reaches us:

  • Our team will inspect the item and notify you about the refund approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be initiated within 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on how you paid.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with

  • Customized, promotional, or discounted items

  • Items returned without proper packaging

  • Items sent back after the 7-day return window
